Setting price aside - If I ever got a Benz - this would be it

Rather have this oldie - just over 300 produced - 145 MPH - unless you are one of the 20 or so who opted for the installation of the Lambo Marine [race] V-12 engine - then you could go almost 160 mph.

 

Trivia question - what tv show featured one of these as the stars main ride?

That is a beast indeed - it has 455 hp though verus the Benz's 544...

It was nicknamed the "Rambo-Lambo" - appropriately.

 

With the addition of the marine 8.2 litre engine, horsepower started at 720 and could max out at 830, depending on options installed.

 

The Mercedes is a fine vehicle, but the Lambo is off the charts bad to the bone..................and COOL............
