Bama Red
That just drove my two Labs absolutely nuts! They both came over as close to the monitor as they could get, twisted their heads sideways and just stared at the eagle and started to quiver! Our cat ignored the bird completely. GG ~ Those birds must be well fed Beautiful link, thanks. Great Video. I think someone has been feeding those eagles. Near the end of the video the eagle displays vocalizations and the woman replies, "What?" Translation: Eagle, "Give me a fish!"
Noz
Interesting though. According to the Iowa DNR about the eagles that nest there, the cats could be too big for the eagles to handle. 8 pounds seems to be the eagle's upper limit Takes a pretty small cat to weigh just 8 pounds. The cats are smart as well. That's obviously more than they want to try to handle.

Utah Bob #35998
I have been dive bombed by eagles when they were of the opinion I was too close to their nest. I wouldn't get that close to one for sure! Should they take offense, those talons and beak can ruin your day. But most a lot of people think life is a Disney movie.
