  1. I'm considering trying a long range side match. But have lots of questions. What is a typical distance, 100 yards, 200 yards, or more? What is a typical rifle used; lever, single shot etc? And what caliber, 45-70, 38-55? Is there usually a pistol caliber segment like say 44-40? Thank you, Red Oak
  2. Can’t go wrong with Longhunters spring kit
  3. Sounds good Prairie Dawg. Thank You. I’m on travel right now, it’ll be end of April before I can send funds if that’s ok.
  4. Looking for some Federal paper hulls, (once fired), 12 gauge. Thank you Red Oak
  5. You can't go worng with Lone Star Frontier Shooting Club or Texas 10 Horns, I shoot at both. Old Fort Parker is great as well but a bit more of a drive. Everyone has wonderfull comments on Albany as well, but I've not made it up there myself. TTH has a shoot in June called the Great Speghetti Western, check out thier facebook for an application
  6. Well, looks like I missed it.... Already in " no back order" status. That was quick!!!

  10. All I see is out of stock
  11. Already gone, but its encouraging that any were available
  12. Fantastic topic. I also shoot a lot of skeet and recently re-capped cost to reload my current load with current prices. Not counting equipment and labor, my cost is $8.19 per box. For Cowboy loads I use reclaimed shot and slightly less powder charge which brings it down to $8.12 per box. I've enjoyed reloading since the age of 13, and plan to continue reloading until it becomes cheaper to purchase. Also, I only us AA hulls as they seem to fall right out of my SxS barells.
  13. Have 500 Starline 45 Cowboy Special brass: 450 new 50 once fired. Want to trade for 44-40. Thank you
  14. If it gets to that price l’ll find something else.
  15. Was anything said about Clays or Universal?
