I still have my first set of guns from back in the day . I have always shot Single Action pistols and lever action rifles . And even double barrel shotguns . So when Deuce Steven's induced me to cowboy action shooting. I already had everything I needed except a gun cart . Two Ruger Blackhawk 44's Marlin 44. And Steven's 12g sxs . I live in Michigan and I have used my 1860 Henry and every club that I can think of that I shot at locally. I have heard the roomers myself. But I have never found a issue anywhere that told me No . I love shooting my Henry with my Cap Guns and a Single Shot Shotgun. It's slow as Hell but with shooting all that Black Powder, Everyone's choking and gaging lol I love it ! 😂🤣😂🤣

I like the full Buckhorn rear sight . I use it kinda like a red dot sight . As long as you have the front sight somewhere within the circle of the rear sight . Your going to hit your target at these short distances.

That's the same way I load 44 special rounds and they will feed just as reliable as a 44 magnum round in s rifle

They are out there more then luckily you going to have to buy them one at a time . They generally start around 1k or up each . I have four of them myself. If you have never owned them or shot them . They are wonderful, Beautiful and much much different then the Peacemaker. Rooster

The quality of steel and computerized machinery these days . All of these guns 60 66 73 92 94 . They all have to be better quality then the original guns ever was . I don't know how a original gun in its day and a Modern build gun would hold up against each other in this game . I don't believe the original guns was ever built with the thought of this many rounds would have ever been put threw a gun . I have guns that I have fired and used for over 30 years . I can't even guess how many rounds have put threw this gun or that gun .
