It’s approximately 20’ X 25’ with nine or ten foot ceilings. Outside of the two doors in the room, the entire wall space is record shelves. Two walls of 45s and two walls of LPs, mostly 33s with some older 78s on two shelves! It is floor to ceiling! There are MANY first releases and some very rare editions in his collection. Some of those are accompanied by a duplicate that is still in the original cellophane! The collection is phenomenal! I would bet that it’s worth a couple million dollars!
