Figuring out from the vital signs and symptoms what is wrong. We also always start with our ABCs. Airway, Breathing and Circulation. And a rapid assessment always goes top to bottom. So first I convert the circumference 56 to the diameter, because that's the way we measure men's heads here. Got 17.8. Then I converted 17.8 cm to inches, because again that's how we measure men's heads here. Seven. That's pretty small for a full grown man's head.
