ASM Walker Load?

From my reading it seems that the Walkers were rated for 60 grains of BP, yet had some failures. What realistic loads do you use?

I have read that the modern replica Walkers are much safer to use the full 60 grain charge with than the originals were due to better steel.  50 Grains was the standard "reduced" load for use in original Walkers, so you can't go wrong with that, I suppose.

Plus, there is this, if you wanna go the conversion route...

I have 2 ASM Walkers. One is now a wall hanger from loading a full 60 grains of FFFG for quite awhile! I picked up the second one a few years after the first and reduced my load to 50 grains and I'm still occasionally shooting it along with a ASM Dragoon. They are beasts to hold up at the end of a 6 stage day, but they really go BOOM!!

55gs of BP there isn't any harsh recoil with a Walker because of the weight. I use 1&1/2 f OE and the loading latch will not drop. With 2f the latch will sometimes drop. My Walkers are Uberti, I don't know about your ASM.
