Cahawbakid
Title says it all, anyone have any experience with this combination?
Springfield Slim SASS #24733
Dr-Slide is mostly graphite, as I recall. Where do you want to use it,and on what type of firearm? I mostly used it on some semi-autos. Wasn't too impressed with it, didn't work any better than anything else. Didi make more of a mess on my hands and cleaning patches. Cahawbakid
Lifter in a toggle link rifle was a thought. The rifle is in .45 colt. Thinking it could make the blow by fouling more manageable in the area of the lifter

Colorado Coffinmaker
I have no experience with Dri-Slide except in 1911s. Was not at all impressed. Your 45 rifle is suffering Blow-By (you know that). Best management of Blow-By effects without annealing your cases has been PAM. Equal parts Hydrogen Peroxide, Denatured Alcohol and Murphys Oil Soap. Keeps the BP fouling from ruining you entire day. If you really desire to do away with the Blow-By, Anneal your cases.
Cahawbakid
I have an Annelezze , I highly recommend their product. I do Anneal my brass and it improves the situation. Just always looking for new things to try
Waxahachie Kid #17017 L
I like Ballistol... But boy-howdy the folks that make it, sure need to work on how it smells.... Peeeee-youuuuu!!!!!!!! I guess it is kinda like what my Dad once told me about medicine. If it doesn't burn like hell, or taste like poop, or stink like an outhouse, then it likely won't work too well. If that is the case, then Ballistol really works great (and it does). W.K.
