Nota John, a suggestion...

Delete all SASS related cookies in your browser, except "sassnet.com" which holds your sign in password. (unless you don't mind logging in again)

No problem getting to the mercantile.  http://www.sassnet.com/mercantile/.php

Deleting just the cookies won't do much if anything.  There is a ton of other stuff that accumulates that needs to be deleted.   Temp files etc.

ive been using ccleaner for years and have it on all our work computers.   I run it about once a week.   Works great!  Best part it's free including updates.

download the free version.  When you open it, it will have many options checked that it will get rid of.  I uncheck last web site history and I leave cookies.  I check dns cache to purge that as well.  You'll be surprised the amount of crud this program will clean and make the pc run better.

I think what Nota John means is you can't go to the Home Page and get to the main SASS page like before! No one seems to want to address this situation.
