Warden Callaway Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 I had an extra 12 gauge slide that I just wetted the loops and inserted 10 gauge plastic rounds and let it dry. I've not used it but it should work.
Jackson Haller Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Jax Leather does a very good canvas shotgun belt and will do 10g on order, I believe.
Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329 Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Hey TL: I always keep my eyes out for a 10 gauge hammer double. Lotsa smoke & BOOM! I would call Doc Noper. He does excellent work --Dawg

Blackwater 53393 Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Hey, TL! I took my canvas 12 ga. belt and soaked it in water. I shoved some of my 10ga. brass shells into it and let it dry. So long as you keep the canvas dry, it'll stay stretched out. If you get it wet, leave shells in it. Persimmon Dan made me a new shotgun belt with elastic loops that work for 10 or 12.
Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 If I run into one at a good price, I will pick it up. I'm always on the lookout for interesting guns. I just picked up an original Remington New Pocket Police in .36. A post Civil War single action revolver on the small frame that was designed to take on the Colt 1862 Police model. 4 1/2" barrel. Clint Eastwood had one to deliver the final shot to Marshal Stockburn in Pale Rider & now so do I. Pretty Cool. I'd love to see a pic of the 10 gauge. --Dawg

backshootin beauford mcgee Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Not leather, but Buffalo Arms has a very nice 10 ga. canvas belt. It holds 25 shells in single loops. I've been using it several years and have been real happy with it. I'm wearing it in the photo.
Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329 Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Hey TL: Not sure. Have not picked it up yet. I'll get it this week. Do you know if any treso nipples fit this? Perhaps the 11-50-17 .225 x 32 thread for original Colts --Dawg
