Dirtwater Doc 17941
Take it to a manual carwash, hang it on the sprayer hook and spray it with hot soapy water and rinse. Air dry and re-oil the leather. Works for me. DD
Cpt Dan Blodgett, SASS #75655
who would have thought. I would have grabbed a board, scrub brush and bucket of hot soapy water (ivory liquid or woolite) Your idea is much better and apparently proven effective and non harmful. Thinking a scantily clad young lovely beating them on a rock at the rivers edge might be the best method.

DocDisaster # 45431
Scrubed thousands of feet of fire hose with a scrub brush and mild soap detergent, rinse well and let dry, before rolling or reracking. Oh yeah just let the belt dry well. Doc
