Grizzly Dave Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 How's Cap'n Jack doing? We need to see a picture of the little critter.
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 I have a picture in my files but I do not know how to post it here. I am not very savvy on such things. Captain is doing well. He got a new sleeve of tennis balls the other day so he is a happy puppy.
Grizzly Dave Posted January 18, 2011 Author Posted January 18, 2011 email it to me, I'll upload it to the interweb and post a link.

Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 Ahhhhh Jack, Ahhhhhhh, nevermind.
Grumpy Old Man Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Hey, Griz, ya suppose BMC has to hang a pork chop around his neck so Captain Jack will play with him?
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Jack don't do Pok chops. He prefers roast beef on rye with a bit of horseradish.
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Don't you guys like my dog? I do.
Grizzly Dave Posted January 19, 2011 Author Posted January 19, 2011 Hey, Griz, ya suppose BMC has to hang a pork chop around his neck so Captain Jack will play with him? I reckon so, I've heard tell that when Cap'n Jack see's ol Badger eating burritos, he runs and hides.
Grizzly Dave Posted January 19, 2011 Author Posted January 19, 2011 I reckon so, I reckon so. That Cap'n Jack is a pretty fart smeller, I mean pretty smart feller.
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 He is my buddy. Going to take him over to the river this afternoon to see if we can go steelhead fishing this week end. Kinda doubt it though. Snoqualmie was at flood stage yesterday. Snohomish, which feeds from the Skykomish and Snoqualmie will crest this afternoon. Andy, my Grandson wants to go, but if the rivers are out of shape I guess I will sit down and shut up.
Grizzly Dave Posted January 19, 2011 Author Posted January 19, 2011 I like the kind of fishing where you throw in your line, tap a nap, and only reel in fish. I can do without the nap, or without the fish, but not both.
Mack Hacker, #60477 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 He is my buddy. If I ever make it to Washington, I'd like to hire you. I might not need a fishing guide, but I would need a local that could pronounce the names of the rivers.
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Mack, you would be as welcome as the sunshine. I could take you to some easier to pronounce ones like the Black River down by Okie and Dynamite Dalton and Flashpowder, or the Cedar or but we could also go over to see the Sol Duc, Hoh, Down to the Green River. These are better fishing rivers. Green is closed right now. But if it is fish you want, we could also do the Skagit, Sauk, Suiattle, Columbia, Snake, Yakima, White Salmon River, Toutle, Cowlitz, Wynoochee, and a few more. You might say we we got river. Then there is my bucket list place, Drano Lake. So if you want fishing, or pictures, or just plain ole beauty, come on out. P.S. But I ain't fer hire.
