Kid, Your local grocery should have citric acid in the canning section. The last purchase I made was made by Ball. You can also get it cheap from a home wine making shop. Try 1 tsp of the dry citric acid instead of Lemishine. Your friend, Jasper

Kid, I'm not a fan of the water based barge cement that you buy in a tube. That being said I have alway used Barge cement but I buy it by the quart. I have found that the Gorilla glue contact cement works as well as the "old' barge cement that you could buy in the tube. https://www.gorillatough.com/product/gorilla-clear-grip/ The advise you have gotten is sound and should fix the problem you are trying to accomplish. I'm a firm believer in gum tragacanth from Tandy. My good friend Leona from Jax Leather got me started burnishing the edges of my leather work and it adds a bit of professionalism to the finished product! Saw that happen once at our home club. The TO was the shooter's wife and after he dropped the hat she grabbed it and set it aside. I lost respect for two of our valued shooters and asked not to shoot with them anymore!!

You should be getting less than 10 fps DS. Are you casting your own bullets? Do they all weigh within a grain difference? What alloy are you using?

Roy, Why use a 12 gauge load in a 10 gauge? I use a volume measurer with a square load of 1-3/8's oz shot and same dipper for 2 FFG real black powder with appropriate wads and a roll crimp. Yeah sometimes the knockdowns come back up but isn't that a part of shooting a big 10!?!?!?! Jasper

My wife was a traveling nurse a life time ago and we spent the first few months of '04 in Tucson. I met those fine people and spent a good amount of time in their shop. GOOD TIMES!!!!!
