I am Cheryl, also known as Miss Cupcake to my pardettes and pards, and as The Cookie Lady [cookie & cake entrepreneurship 40 years, hence the alias]. My last name is easy to rmember--just think: "ache-in-knee"; however, my friends call me a pain in the @$$!! I have been a swimming teacher [50+ years] summers only; Special Ed teacher and tutor [my 7th career], and just got my CA Real Estate License 2011.

I enjoy four centuries of historical reenactment events throughout the year, as well as making costumes...the people are the best! My daughter is 33 and had her first baby November '11! Kaleb Erik is nearly 2 yrs now. We live near Angel Stadium. My son lives in heaven since 2005 at age 22. My parents [both Korean War Vets 1949 Army]. They passed in 2017 & 2018 and always in love; married 67 years since 1950. I am now living in the same house in La Mirada by Knott's Berry Farm, where sis & I grew up in the 1950s. My daughter lives in TX with her 2 sons Kaleb, Wyley, and daughter Liv--yep! I am finally a granny!
