Buckshot Bear Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Anyone have a Single Six Buntline 9 1/2" barrel revolver? I have a serious hankering for one. How accurate are they?
Chili Ron Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Howdy, I had one years ago. Not extra accurate or I would have kept it. ymmv. Best CR
Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933 Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Had one in .32 Mag. The longer sight radius made aiming more precise. Virtually all modern firearms are "accurate." A 2" snubby is just as accurate as a buntline. It is just harder to aim.
WOLFY Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 not a ruger, but my .22 magnum long gun is a 16” bbl revolving carbine it’s a lot of fun, but an actual rifle would be easier to shoot accurately.
