Long Branch Louie
Had a bent lower lip on my 1873 bolt and decided to call the Cowboys and Indians Store and order a hardened one. He not only fixed me up but he told me he would send me a lifter block that he would modify not only to load over the top but to prevent the issue with bending the lip on the bolt. He did that for no charge. Old fashioned service and fast shipping. He is a first class gentleman!
Phantom, SASS #54973
Jim is the best. But if you search for them, it's only one Indian.

Yeah had a hard time finding it. Bunch of cowboy and Indian businesses. But it was worth the trouble.

Now, but TL was the other Indian and still lives. He just retired, time had taken its toll and he was no longer able to produce parts or work on shotguns. He's still one of the best of the best as is Jim.

My understanding...TL and Jim were the Cowboys and Washoe was the lone Indian.
Yul Lose
TL slicked up a couple of 16 gauge 1897’s for me about 12 years ago and they are still running strong. My main match 97 that he worked on was built in 1903. He sure knew those shotguns.
