Found Marlin Bullseye

Recently acquired an Marlin 1894 Cowboy that is missing the butt plate and the the bullseye inlay on the stock. Anyone have one or both?

I think I got that Butt Plate packed away some place

Is this it?  Sold my Marlin Cowboy several years ago and had a Brass Butt plate made & put on the Marlin Cowboy rifle.

Yeh screws around here also will have to dig. Been under the weather for almost a month so hang in there.

Everybody is out of stock. My guess is that since Marlin was sold to Remington, then Remlin eventually discontinued installing the bullseye and Remlin was sold to Ruger there are few factory parts available.

 

I was hoping that someone might have one or a half of one floating out there.

Woo Haa! That's all I need. A piece of dowel, epoxy, and maybe some wood filler, that'll work. I do not understand why someone would think the bullseye is where you screw in a sling swivel.
