Tribal lands and martial law?

Local and state officials have shut down about everything in the country.  Funny,   here in Missouri they shut down about everything but the gambling casinos.  They had some debate if they could do that.  But they now have until March 30.

But my question is, what about casinos and other services on tribal property?   It's my understanding that the tribal lands have their own laws and exempt from state and federal authority.

The 2 tribal casinos we frequent, one Ute and one Navajo, have both shut down. Their hotels remain open. And they are not exempt. They must conform to state gaming regulations and are subject to enforcement of Federal laws. They are only partly autonomous.

The tribal casinos out here have all shut down.

I drive past the Isleta Casino and Resort twice a day.  They have closed the casino/resort but left their RV Park open.  Their two gas stations are open too.  (They have hand sanitizer dispensers at their pumps.)  My tribal neighbors are operating responsibly.  They are subject to Federal authority.
