Gunbutcher
Do you sit or stand when playing the slots at the casino?
Cheyenne Ranger, 48747L
both I stand for the SDBs as they are on the workbench; got rubber mats on floor which helps I sit for single stage and MEC as they are on a rolling table that is lower. After about an hour I'm done no matter which method I'm at cr
Rio Brazos Kid
There's no doubt that standing makes press operation easier for most people. However, when you get to my age, standing is not an option for more than a very few minutes. Adjust the height of your presses, (or stool), where sitting operation is comfortable, and you can then extend the time that you can re-load comfortably. Dusty Barbacobre #101065
I've done both, due to lack of space, my presses mount in holes on a 2'x2' piece of thick plywood. Can clamp that to about three places around the house, depending on if the wife wants me in the same room, or the opposite end of the house. We've got a pub style dining room table, so I can stand and load at it easily.
