Three Foot Johnson
Beretta owns Uberti. They are Uberti guns, but with transfer bars.

Cordell kid
Beretta owns Uberti. They are Uberti guns, but with transfer bars. actually they are totally different guns, the Uberti to is made by pietta, pietta is a separate firearm manufacturer, however the company is owned by Binelli, also the manufacturer of Stoger all of them owned by Beretta but none of them made by Beretta. Three Foot Johnson
Benelli is the parent company of Beretta, and Uberti is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beretta. Uberti and Pietta are separate manufacturers and Pietta most definitely does not make guns for Uberti. Stoeger is an importer and distributor of Uberti firearms (and others), but does not manufacture firearms.

I have been to the manufacturing plant at Uberti. You pass through the security check point at the front getes of Beratta angle to the right to the Ubfeti plant. They have an entire manufacturing plant on sight.
Marshal TKD, Sass # 36984L
Benelli is the parent company of Beretta. Again not true. "The parent company, Beretta Holding, also owns Beretta USA, Benelli, Franchi, SAKO, Stoeger, Tikka, Uberti, and the Burris Optics company." Wikipedia. Three Foot Johnson
Yep, I got it backwards - Beretta owns Benelli
Tom Bullweed
Beretta celebrated 500 years pf existence a couple of years ago. I believe that they are the second or third oldest company in existence in the world. But these explanations of company ownership sounded like a plate of corporate spaghetti! Good thing that they all make guns that we enjoy. Sorry thing that Ruger is the US-company that is in our game.
