TMZ reported that 28-year-old Lizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff exited a Culver City, California gun store last weekend carrying a newly purchased Glock case and ammo. “We've confirmed she picked up a firearm,” TMZ staff wrote, “but only after getting her handgun safety certificate.” Of course, if you are not a CCW holder, or certified as an instructor by the CADOJ (which takes an NRA instructors card as proof of it), you MUST have a HSC to take possession of a handgun. Actually, 10 24-hour periods. And not a minute early. A shop can lose its license if it releases even one gun a minute early. Fun stuff, eh? A shop can lose its license if it releases even one gun a minute early. Fun stuff, eh? And the state even counts daylight savings time.
