Charlie Plasters, SASS#60943
ok I know I have read on this topic here before so I apologize up front. What do you add to your tumbling media? I put in drier sheets and some Franklins polish. My cases are taking forever to get clean and the polish seems to have made the media sticky and clogging the primer hole and sometime the case itself - and I didn't put as much in as was reccommended. Cayuse Jack, SASS #19407
Turtle wax rubbing compound. Cleans up the cases great. Also be sure to use walnut lizard litter from the pet store. The fine grained is better.
The Original Lumpy Gritz
What media are you using? You use a tumbler or is it a vibrator/shaker ? LG
Charlie Whiskers
I Have a Dillon V-500. I use the corn cob Dillon media and rapid polish along with 3 dryer sheets cut into 4 pieces each. The dryer sheets help a lot keeping the media cleaner a bit longer.
Charlie Plasters, SASS#60943
The tumbler is a brand new Thumlers vibratory and the media is what came with it - looks like walnut hulls.
The Original Lumpy Gritz
Try a shot-glass of Turtle Wax Polishing Compound. Let it run for about 10 minutes, then add the cases. Used that deal till I went to ceramic media and a rotary. LG
Subdeacon Joe
Ice, 2 oz. dark rum, top with cola, add a twist of lime. That's what I add to my tumbler, anyway.

Myron Swaim
I use caranuba Kit Wax for cars. It also lubes the cases so that they run smoothly through the Dillon. Works very nice, Myron
