Jefro, SASS#69420 Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 Not to belabor the question, but it might be a good idea for the RO to ask the shooter "do you prefer coaching or not?" …RR Howdy Roger, we cover that in the shooters meeting before the match starts "anyone that does not want coaching please let the RO know before each stage". As RO I prefer not to say anything unnessecary to the shooter other than "when ready say you line". Of course if they don't have any shot shells or sumpin I'll mention that. I like that! for instance, shooter gets confused, TO says he's shot all of rifle rounds, then shooter gets to unloading table and finds round which would be a msv, then with MDs approval that could be removed for reshoot. yup, I likey!
