Heading toward Cody in a couple of weeks...

Recommended Posts

My wife and I are taking our first actual vacation in several years, heading to the Cody area to visit our oldest son. I know about the Buffalo Bill Museum, and plan to spend some time there, but what else is there in and around Cody? Where do the cool kids hang out?

In Cody it's the Irma Hotel built by Bill Cody in 1902. Just sayin'

Just got back from Cody last week. It is really a western theme town. Almost everything at the Erma is based on this. The evening gunfight are over for the season, but the food is still tops. Didn't see many kids as school was already in and the main tourist season is over. Didn't spend much time around town at night.

Get in touch with Colter's Hell Justice Comm. for tips as what to see and do.

Irma has the BEST Prime-Rib :excl:

Look into "Frontier Town" while your there.

Cheers,

LG

Thanks for the info, folks. Sounds like the Erma Hotel needs to be close to the top of the list...
