Sgt. C.J. Sabre, SASS #46770
Having read good reviews of Firefox internet service here, and because my daughter has it and likes it, I had her install it on my yet again refurbished Dell. One thing (so far) I can't seem to find is the pop-up blocker. Does Firefox have one? Or do I need to add something else?

Okie Sawbones, SASS #77381
Since I do some web design for cowboy clubs, I run both IE and Firefox. On Firefox, click on tools, options, content, then check the 'block pop-up windows' box.

Sgt. C.J. Sabre, SASS #46770
Okay. New question. How do I keep from having to log into EVERYTHING, including e-mule every time I get onto the net?

Tools, Options, Security, check "Remember Passwords for Sites".
Uno Mas SASS #80082
. I'll recommend the top rated password manager: LastPass. Given best in class awards by CNET, Leo LaPorte, Gibson Reserch, etc. http://lastpass.com/ I use it -- pretty damn good. The Firefox password manager can be hacked too easily. Sgt. C.J. Sabre, SASS #46770
Tools, Options, Security, check "Remember Passwords for Sites". Yeah I saw that. Clicked on it. It showed the passwords that it had saved. STILL had to sign in. Oh, well. Every now and again I get the urge to try something new. Usually go back to the old. I think I'll just go back to Internet Explorer. Thanks again, guys.
Okie Sawbones, SASS #77381
Sgt., I've tried pretty much all of them. Firefox is the most popular, with a 44% share, but I still prefer IE, even with its faults.
