He does. Not bad for a high school history teacher. 😀

Shoot as much as you can. Warm up stages, side matches. The shooting is great! And for this, brings LOTS of ammo. The swap meet is full of great stuff so bring cash. Or stuff you have you don't need anymore to sell. Eventually (say 3 weeks before LR takes place) there will be placed in the classified section a "For sale at Land Run" ad where you can advertise your sale items. Go to the evening events. Always fun and well run. Be prepared to make new friends.

I possed with him at the Bar 3 a few years back and had a great time getting to shoot with him. Prayers and best wishes for full recovery.

I have watched his videos for years... never once have I seen him do anything unsafe. And yes, that guy can shoot.

Whenever Senator Elizabeth Warren doesn't want to be cold she just identifies as an Eskimo. 😄

Their music is fun. Any time in the 80s or 90s when I was in a nightclub and the DJ put on YMCA the place turned into a huge dancing party. Without fail every single time. Didn't matter if it was a cowboy bar or not. And this was in the midwest. Not even close to San Francisco. 😄

Close both eyes and use the Force. Isn't this what it takes to become a Jedi Gunfighter? 😄

Finally! Let's hope for more of this! 😀

Take out the word almost and then you'll have it. 😁

Major was my good friend and travelin' buddy for many years. We came in SASS about the same time and hit it off quickly. He was much more than a friend. He had become affectionately, my little brother. His heart was full. He loved this game, his family and his girlfriend, and his dogs (Travis was a huge animal lover). He was indeed one to ride the river with and my travels with him were better because of him being there. He had a passion for this game, for this life and for everything that matters. He will be missed. Love ya, little brother. Rest in Peace.

It doesn't jump around as much as it just fails to provide a reference date as the stories progress forward in time.

Favorite? 45 Colt Favorite for BP? Well, 44-40 of course! 😁 You asked if 45 Schofield will run through an unmodified '73 in 45 Colt? Don't know about through a '73 but I could run 230 grain 45 Schofield through my unmodified Henry 1860. I'd think I would get the same results in the '73 but never tried.

I was going to argue that as well but did not have the time. Thank you for pointing that out. Cold fingers with an outdoor job this time of year on a small phone and all...😁

Well... Better cartridge conversions (much more reliable for filming than C&B guns, I am sure) than the ever present Colt SAA and Winchester '92 in a zillion other westerns. 😉

This one is probably best seen on the big screen. I saw it in an IMAX theater, complete with that awesome IMAX sound. What a show! Part two cannot arrive fast enough! 😀

Costner is just a small part in this. Enjoyable and well done. Yes, several story lines coming together and some time distance as well. No big deal.

He shot several years ago at Butterfield if I remember correctly.
