  3. Yep, prefer the printed version. Used to read them cover-to-cover. Don't read the digital version much. Used to collect paper versions and give them out to prospective new shooters. Paper version was better, IMHO
  4. Free Hazmat - 1 Day Only ! USE CODE: FH0126 Just saw this on FaceBook, & thought I'd pass it along --Dawg
  5. Hi Folks: Looking for 36 Caliber EPP-UG bullets. If you cast them to sell, please contact me OR If you have a mold for the 36 caliber for sale, I'd like to purchase it. Thanks --Dawg
  6. +1 to what Blackwater sez I too, work the unloading table, spot, run the timer, and/or serve as Posse Marshal!! --Dawg
  7. At one time I had enough cylinders to load up for the entire match for each gun. Here is what I found: *I snap 2 caps on each cylinder prior to the first loading, so I was using a tin of caps before I even put a round downrange. *Yes it was easy & convenient during the shoot just to change cylinders *I had to buy high-quality Slix or Treso nipples for 12 cylinders -- a lot of expense just for "easy & convenient" *I can wipe down the fouled parts of the gun while loading them -- makes 'em shoot better *At the end of the day, I had to clean 12 cylinders, 2 revolvers, a rifle, and a shotgun -- a lot of extra cleaning just for "easy & convenient" In the end, it wasn't worth it for me -- I found that using a high-quality off-gun cylinder loader (Mine is a Powder Inc) much cheaper/convenient & I only spend about 5 minutes or so loading both guns at the unloading table, so that's the way I've done it for the last 20 years or so. That's been my experience --Dawg
  8. Hey Marcus: Long time no see. Hope you & the family are doing well. Might wanna contact Split Rail -- I believe he has a 50/70 Roller, and might have extra brass or other components. --Dawg

  11. Our society seems to have evolved to the point where people don't care that much about the price -- They just want what they want, and will pay inflated prices to get it. Or, as self-checkouts have shown, accept lack of service. As Bailey Creek points out, this is especially true in the shooting sports.
  12. Willie Goodnews is a highly recommended cowboy to deal with with! --Dawg
  13. Come One, come all to Tusco's January match. Weatherman forecasts 35 with a bit of snow. We're setting up 2 bays, and I've written 3 different stages per bay. Starting Lines from: Tombstone The Magnificent Seven Unforgiven The Good, The bad, and The Ugly Once Upon a Time in The West My Darling Clementine You're guaranteed to have a great time! And probably the best weather until March! So, come on out and shoot with us. --Dawg
