I just bought my 1st Savage 1899 (Thanks Gimmyguns) (I never shot one, but always thought they were cool) I have a Hornady die set & a .228 lube size die. I'm looking for: Bullet mold(s) .228 dia. Any to start ALSO RCBS Mold 022-060-FN Bullets, .228 lead or jacketed to try out. Also, maybe even an old Ideal tool in .22 Savage H-Power Shoot me a pm with what you have & price. Thank you for help.

Fallon, it sounds like you have fallen off the wagon & into a pile of FUN! Just be careful as you ride down the dark & smokey trail.... dash caliber a very contagious, lol. -
Thanks, that clears up the basics, not much time between O.K. & Oh %^&*.

Pardon my knowing ZERO about ships... but.... Ship speed when problem noted, normal etc.? Time from problem noted to distress call? Time from distress call to impact? No tug boats etc. available or have time to intercept & guide ship to miss the support? Drop anchor(s)to help slow it or would that just wreck the ship?

MAKE YOUR OWN PERCUSSION CAPS
Earl Brasse, SASS #3562 replied to Come On Christmas's topic in SASS Wire Saloon
I had a Forster percussion cap maker at one time. I sold it without using it for enough (at that time) to buy 1,500 caps. It looked pretty labor intensive for the resulting caps produced. Here's your "rock lock" revolver, a Collier 5 shot. -

Collet for a Herter's bullet puller If you mean the puller that looks like a die body with the collet that looks sort of like a thimble that drops in, they are the same collets as RCBS & Forster (I happen to have one of each brand). (not the longer, flared end type of collet that sticks out the bottom of the die but also has a die puller) I don't have a spare collet but you might try E-Bay there is a buy it now for 2 pullers with a .22 collet + 2 other sizes for $60 with free shipping 1 puller with a .22 collet + for $30 with free shipping (I have nothing to do with it, just passing info) Concitering the price of just a collet either one is a heck of a deal. (midway sells just the collet for $18 + shipping)
