The overall finish, except buttplate, would rate 95-98%. Has minor storage wear. The bad is the heavy oxidation on heel of buttplate from sitting on a damp surface while stored. Possibly NOS from Cape Outfitters, the retailer. The 30" barrel has a mirror bore and chamber. No scratches in loading channel.
