Utah Bob #35998
Couldn’t find it in my book. Many other helpful phrases though. My fave is “Benjo wa doko desska?” Where is the toilet?
Capt. R. Hugh Kidnme
Our son, and DIL, have been working on their Japanese for the past year. And, they were doing pretty well. But, now with a newborn, they've been sidetracked into baby babble. Is there a War Dept. Manual for that one?

Alpo
On another board there is a lady who was married to a Japanese gentleman. I asked her if that was a real word. Yes. My father-in-law used to say this occasionally. He'd ask for a snack and say kuchisabishii, and my mother-in-law would say "masaka". So my word is "masaka" which means: Nonsense.
