Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
I’ve been seeing this for a couple years on dubbed films. The lips are in sync with the dialog.

Ramblin Gambler
I actually think it's a good thing. I hate the excessive surveillance these days. What happens when someone uses it to start a war? There are so many evil things that can be done with this technology. Consider what would happen if a video of world leader was broadcast saying or doing something that could provoke another country into launching a nuclear weapon. Ramblin Gambler
Then we go to war. We're going back to war eventually with or without this technology. The quicker it comes though, the quicker we'll get desensitized to seeing people do stuff on video. It might take us back to a time when world leaders didn't feel a need to have a knee-jerk response to everything. I think that would stabilize the world in the long run.
