Any Handi rifle that has functioning ejectors can be converted to an extractor. However if it was originally an extractor it cannot be easily converted to be an ejector without some machine work and welding. It would be easier to buy the parts but I do not know if they are still available. I will have to find the original article or baring that I'll take pictures of mine.
