Subdeacon Joe Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 A great voice silenced. It wasn't until the past 15 years or so that I came to appreciate his voice and style. Or any of the "crooners" come to that. But his was one of the great voices.
Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I met him several times back stage through my dad. Neat guy, and beautiful voice ~ May he rest in peace. GG ~

Eamon Chute Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I will always remember him as the voice of Christmas. We used to play his Christmas album over, and over, and over every Christmas when I was a yungin'. EC

Smoken D Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Always enjoyed his songs. Went to his show in Branson and did my mouth drop, that ole man could REALLY belt it out and I would just shake my head in amazement. Nothing like hearing him in person. RIP Andy and thanks for the memories.
