Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 Hey one more thing made in the US . . . the Delaware River Mud that's used for scuffing up baseballs? The balls themselves are made in Costa Rica.
Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 That's cool...but keep in mind that there are many things still made in the USA! I just got a pair of AO 'original pilot' sunglasses for Christmas that are made in the USA - and they were only $50 from US Wings, OH. http://aoeyewear.com/links.htm GG ~
Forty Rod SASS 3935 Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Santa brought me a new Case pocket knife made in America...and it DOESN'T have stainless blades. Good old chrome vanadium steel that holds a great edge.
Sergeant Smokepole #29248L Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Santa brought me a new Case pocket knife made in America...and it DOESN'T have stainless blades. Good old chrome vanadium steel that holds a great edge. I have a CASE XX that I bought in Branson a few years ago at the CASE outlet store. The clerk l;ooked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked him for a carbon steel blade, not stainless.......
