It was so cold today..

I must have been blessed. I had great food in the army. SOS was very good. It got up to +30 degrees Fahrenheit, this morning. Maybe the really cold weather has gone back to Canada. I hope. -

Well, Christmas coal could come early..... -
One of the funniest thing I ever saw in the stands of a football stadium was last year. Packers were playing the Bears in Green Bay. The stands were full of cheese wedges on folks heads, as at most Packers games. Here are two fellows, each with a cheese grater on their head. Obviously Bears fans. They also had the look of SOME ALCOHOL WAS INVOLVED. ED: The confuser sez that the temperature at Soldier Field is +6 degrees Fahrenheit, this morning.

Good plan. Besides I believe the Browns are playing tomorrow. But, if you don't want to watch that game, the Chicago/Packers game should be cool. -

Rye, if you have nothing going for the week end, you could take a fishing rod down to Lake Erie and see if you could land one of those big walleyes or perhaps a steelhead. Probably would not have a lot of competition for fishing room. -
Captain Jack, my best friend next to my wife, was from PAWS. He and many others are waiting for me at the Bridge. We elected not to get another because of our age and our health, but we send a "Christmas donation" gift each year to the local shelter. I miss old Jack every day. He was my protection against the squirrels when I walked down to the corner to get the mail each day. Also, my neighbor had a treat for him at the end of the trip down. He would stay and visit with them and then come home when it was time to do so. He had his own schedule.

Well, the ploy apparently didn't work. She has been out of the news for two days now and still no change in the election. But I think one of the candidates got a few more votes in the recount. But the earth didn't tremble. She is still a non factor.

Ralphie game is back!

I found the sweet spot. Score says 3,298,374 1538 bounces and 2 eye shots. I think the score was really highter because the count would go around so maybe it only goes 7 places. -
Read about some dude in England, many years ago. He was some kind of Lord or Duke or something. Anyway, he had this castle. Someone ticked him off, so he had a hole in his castle that was very deep, maybe fifteen or twenty feet deep. So he put this guy in the hole and just left him. No food, no water, nuttin. They did discover bones at a later date. It was thought to be the dude that ticked him off. The cost would not be sizable in a case like that and you could use the hole over and over. Also, one of the punishments for pirates was to put them in a steel cage and hang them up for public ridicule, again, no food, no water and no protection from the elements. Those English dudes were a tough bunch.

Hey Charlie, it is Montana. You are supposed to get that stuff. I do envy your trout streams though. -

Are your glaciers melting? Barkeep, make that a triple hot toddy. -
Attorney for a condemned killer, has asked for an alternative to lethal injection, in the State of Virginia. Apparently the concoction is not thought to be humane and that even a firing squad would be more so. I didn't think the condemned got a vote. He killed a family of 4 on New Years Day, 2006. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/12/15/death-row-inmates-lawyers-say-theyd-prefer-firing-squad-over-lethal-injection.html
