A couple of years back we had a situation unfold whereby a local tradesman was at a service station refueling his tray backed utility vehicle. A woman next to him, also refueling, noticed a container of these screwdriver bits (mostly Philips #2s) and called the police; who locked down the area and stopped just short of charging him with "unsecured ammunition" and being "unlicenced in possession" of such. YES this did, in fact, happen
