Big Sage, SASS #49891 Life Posted December 29, 2023 Share Posted December 29, 2023 The only ones that I'll do anything with different than putting in the smoker and grill is elk or moose ribs. The meat is pretty tough and grilling just makes it tougher. I pressure cook the ribs for about 5 minutes to tenderize and them put them on the grill.
