I can easily enough figure out my own, I suppose, but I'll gladly skip that step if plans are out there already. Thanks. Some 1 1/4" hardwood dowels from the hardwood store, a bolt, a leather saddle, some screws to hang the saddle on to make it adjustable, and a couple spikes to stick in the ground. Still look great, work smoothly and show no signs of slowing down. Although not a really big long range shooter his sticks let me perform to the best of my abilities. Highly recommended.
