I find that federal control of firearms seems more important than immigration or drug preemption.

The Missouri federal judge's ruling re. MO's sanctuary law is so wrong.  It violates settled law re Federalism.  Look up Printz.  The MO law bans subordinate police agencies from expending their resources enforcing federal firearms laws that infringe on the 2A including aiding federal agencies enforcement of said laws.  It includes disincentives for police agencies to ignore the ban i.e. i.e. fines for the agency & employees.  The district court judge citing supremacy is so wrong that this brick outhouse constitutional lawyer will put money on the circuit court staying the injunction.  Supremacy doesn't apply when the Constitution or amendments don't list the subject as a federal government or people's power.  SEE THE 10th AMENDMENT DUMBASS!  Since the Constitution doesn't cover police or plenary powers of the states the state government has sole discretion over organization, funding & duties of subordinate state agencies.  The DOJ lawyers involved in this case should be sanctioned for filing the case & SCOTUS should sanction this judge.  The judge should have dismissed  the case outright.  It is a no Fxying Brainer!!
