Howdy,

Yep was me.

I saw a bit about changing pillow case every day.

I am trying it and find Im sleeping a little better.

AND IT didnt cost me a penny.

Just a few more to toss in the laundry.

Maybe give it a try.

Thanks, Ron.  I want out and bought three more pair at Wally World for about $30.00 which gave me eight cases.

So far it works like a cotton pickin' dream.  I'm sleeping better, my "it's NOT acne" ( according to my VA medical folks)is very nearly gone for the first time in yards, and I owe you one....or several.

Mo, I do laundry twice a week for the simple reason that that's what me wife taught me to do right after our first kid was born.  I just never got our of the habit.

I still go to bed at 10:00 and get up a t 5:30, too.  Just a habit I've never even considered breaking.  Got lots of them.

I AM NOT COMPULSIVE!  You take that back right now.    I'm just very well organized.  (Yeah, right.)

Howdy,

All I know is the dust etc that falls from ones head builds up over time.

Same with sheets which they said to wash change once a week.

Easy to try cheap and if you dont like it.....

It was on one of those talk shows that I saw changing from one movie to

a game show.

Doesnt involve bottles of pills so big pharma wont be interested.....

Big pharma can KMA (Keep Me Advised).  This pillow case thing works and I'm grateful for it.

I picked up a book recently that has a LOT of food info that seems to be taking care of some other issues I have and I'm trying them one at a time.

I'm becoming a tea drinker now that I find I don't have to use dainty little cups and drink with my little finger sticking out.

Also a friend gave me a can of artichoke hearts.  My wife liked them but I never even tried them.  Couldn't quite get past any food with "choke" in its name and that had an eerie resemblance to a hand grenade.  Any suggestions on how to prepare and eat them?

Steam 'em.  MUCH better than boiling.

Done when a a paring knife can pierce the heart easily... maybe 20 - 30 minutes.

Peel the petals (it's actually a flower bud!) off, dip in drawn butter or mayo or hollandaise or some other tasty concoction, and scrape the "meat" off with your teeth.  Yum!!  ^_^

And when you get to the heart, use a spoon to scrape off the furry stuff then enjoy the heart - absolutely the best part of the 'choke.  ^_^

And if you decide to grow 'em, any not harvested to eat will turn into gorgeous flowers!
