Popcorn Kelly Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 As a newer shooter (not yet two years) I'm uncomfortable offering advice on this forum as there are members much more knowledgeable than me. on about every subject. I'm much more of a consumer of your experience and advice. For that, I thank you all - I've learned a great deal. However, I'm going to make an exception and post a video I made showing how I built my own set of targets so I could practice. I'm sharing this here because, as a newer shooter, this is certainly helping me improve and want to share it with other newer shooters who might also find having their own targets useful. I found this set up reasonably inexpensive, easily transportable, and very configurable.
Griff Posted March 31, 2021 Posted March 31, 2021 My only suggestion would be to have the targets angled so bullets rebound downward. Reducing the possibility of them ricocheting back toward you. Otherwise, excellent!
Professor Lefty Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 Nice video and it gives me ideas for upgrading my home setup once the snow melts...
Dusty Boots Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 A very good video for other newer shooters, appreciate it.
Popcorn Kelly Posted April 3, 2021 Author Posted April 3, 2021 Thanks. I was grateful when Mountain Man Champ shared the info with me, so I thought others might find it useful as well. Glad you did.
Jackaroo, # 29989 Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 No hope of doing that in australia, they want 1.5 miles fallout behind.
