Cheyenne Ranger, 48747L
Today we had our second monthly match. Never mind Hanna was coming ashore down in Corpus Christi. Thunder River Renegades had 19 shooters, masked and not, have fun in the Sun till the rain squalls hit. Targets took on a gray hue as the rain was so heavy. We shot through it as it was no big deal Cowboy shooting in Texas is not for the faint of heart.
Will Kane
We had to cancel tomorrow’s Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros monthly match. It looks like a good chunk of the anticipated 11 to 12 inches of rainfall will be coming down during match time.
Cheyenne Ranger, 48747L
I can see that--been raining off and on since match was over. Everything under ceiling fan drying out (not too bad) better luck next time
Colorado Coffinmaker
Deliberately shooting in the rain is Oxymoron. The GAME is suppose to be FUN. Getting soaked to the bone and soaking your guns, leather and everything else is NOT FUN
Trailrider #896
Be interesting to see how much drift a 45 mph crosswind would produce!
