Sadly, this will go on, as well as the citizen-against-citizen (thug-against- practically anybody) shootings in major cities will continue until the lawabiding citizens rise up and throw out the liberal government people who aren't doing the job and are hindering police! As it stands right now, you are safer in Afghanistan than in many large cities in this country! You were certainly safer in Dodge City or Deadwood than on the South and West Sides of Chicago!
