Oregonian Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 ***SPF*** For sale is a very, very nice Browning BSS (side by side) shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge. IMHO the Browning BSS and the Ithaca/SKB are two of the finest S/S shotguns made. This BSS was modified for competition use by the previous owner. I was told that after the work was completed the metal was blued and the wood given an oil finish. The butt was fitted with a rubber recoil pad (KICK EEZ). The only blemish noted is a small scuff on the top of the butt stock near the recoil pad and a small chunk out of the top of the recoil pad (see photos). Barrel length is 23" Length of pull is 14.25" OAL is 39.75" Screw in chokes (Rem Choke system) Polished and beveled chambers Forcing cones lengthened Auto safety has been converted to manual placement Barrel selector in the trigger guard $1,325 plus shipping to your FFL.
