J. Mark Flint #31954 LIFE Posted June 15, 2018 Author Share Posted June 15, 2018 From my cousin Kim been in ICU for a month now and probably will move soon to LTAC for rehab. He is holding his own but still having trouble breathing so he is often on a Bi-Pap machine. His lungs are still wet and they think he is aspirating when he eats/ drinks , so he’s back on the feeding tube. He’s in a lot of pain with his back so rehab is slow. He sat up in a chair today for 5 hours and that’s the longest he’s been up since the valve replacement. It’s a slow process.
