Lorelei Longshot, SASS #44256 Life
My mailbox is full so I can't respond to a message sent to me. Can someone explain in very simple, explicit terms how to delete messages? Thanks.
Father Kit Cool Gun Garth
Ms. Lorelei: Hope the following will provide you with the simple steps to delete messages: STEP 1: Locate your INBOX in the upper right hand corner of your screen, and click on the envelope icon. STEP 2: A drop down screen will appear. Click on the Go to inbox icon. STEP 3: On the left hand side of the screen, you will see a list of the messages that have been stored for you. STEP 4: Each message has a number listed (see in RED below) which is the total number of replies and responses within that message, along with the number of days it has been in your mailbox. On the left, under your Avatar, is aa check box (see below in BLUE). STEP 5: Once you have decided on a message you want to delete (multiple messages can be deleted by checking more boxes associated with the message), click on the box under your Avatar and a check mark will now appear as shown below. In addition, a number in RED will appear to indicate how many messages you have chosen to delete. STEP 6: At the same time you will see a "pop-up" message as shown below that will appear at the bottom of your screen. STEP 7: Once you have determined which message(s) you want deleted, merely click on the trash can (highlighted in YELLOW above) and a safety message will appear as shown below: STEP 8: If you are sure of the message(s) you have chosen, Click the OK icon, and the message(s) will be gone. NOTE: At any time, you can look in the upper right hand side of the screen and see what percentage your messages have taken up. (see below) As you approach the 100% figure (and slightly above), you will begin to be unable to send and/or receive Personal Messages (PM) in your mailbox. HOPE THIS HELPS. Lorelei Longshot, SASS #44256 Life
What about old messages 9 years old? When I click on "Messages," some of them don't have the little blue box. They have the red box and show that they are 9 years old. I'd like to get rid of them too. Maybe I don't know how to get to INBOX. I just click on the envelope at the top of the page. Am I missing something?

You can delete them individually by opening them to read them; click on the title. Once the message is open, there will be a dropdown in top right corner called "Options" with a trashcan inside.
