Alpo Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 If you've been declared "persona non grata", does that mean there is absolutely NO LEGAL WAY to come back into that country - even for a little bit? I was thinking - let's say I annoy the Queen, so get persona non grataed in England. Then I am flying to France from the States, and there is a one-hour layover at Heathrow. Can I take that flight?
