Chili Ron Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 Howdy, 60 miles distant Chicago gives me good and bad things to watch, ponder whatever... Lately There have been doubtful shootings by police of mostly black folks. Some were clearly breaking the law and some were just bystanders, shot by accident or they may have startled the cops... Anyway there were a few people protesting on black Friday and Christmas and downtown Chicago. Today these protesters have decided to interfere with the last Bears Home game. This was announced early sunday morning. And it will be interesting to see if a Bears fan or two decides to take issue with the protesters. If you aren't real busy around 1130 Chicago time, consider turning on the game. Chicago protester vs Chicago Bears Fan..... How good its that? Right now they are sending reporters to the wilds of Oregon for the other protest. Bears game isn't even on tv in my market here. If anything happens it might make the evening news. Might. Makes the head swim with all the flotsam and debris in the water. But I missed the Oregon thing. What is happenng to big foot and friends? ED: Guess I should read the "news" more often. Protesters gave a speech and had little effect on the game, or can we blame them for the loss??? Hey I like that. And they still haven't threatened to vote Republican....hmmmmm.
