Cooking with beer

Nah... You open a can of beer. Place can into the cavity of the chicken. Put the can with the chicken on the grill with the bottom of the can on the grill grate, chicken standing up. The beer evaporates as the chicken cooks and keeps the chicken moist.

 

Thinking now about that and a turducken.

 

All of this thinking is making me hungry and coming up with new ideas on what to fix for thanksgiving.

 

Ooh... Too bad we already decided on deep frying our turkey this year.
