Loophole LaRue, SASS #51438
My son lives and works in DC. He just called, and passed on the following: He was out for a run on the Mall on Sunday evening. As he passed the WWII Memorial, he noticed that the barricades were down, and piled near the entrance. Attached to the pile was a sign reading: " PRESIDENT OBAMA, TAKE DOWN THIS WALL!" Historic words return to haunt those who have forgotten the significance of sacrifice. LL Indeed - Here's a couple other Reagan quotes folks should think upon...a little OT...but they are words that can come back and haunt if we are not careful... “Without God, democracy will not and cannot long endure.” “I believe with all my heart that standing up for America means standing up for the God who has so blessed our land. We need God's help to guide our nation through stormy seas. But we can't expect Him to protect America in a crisis if we just leave Him over on the shelf in our day-to-day living.” "If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.” GG ~

The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name' sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: For thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou annointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever.
